When Vornado Realty Trust, one of the largest owners and managers of commercial real estate in the United States held its Investor Day conference, they looked to GO Productions to produce this key business event. GO managed a tour of 18 different properties around NYC, arranged all transportation, provided tour guides, and handled multiple executive presentations in two of the locations that included a talk given by J Crew CEO Mickey Drexler. Afterwards, guests were brought to one of Vornado’s premiere properties, The Bloomberg Building, where the Vornado senior management addressed investors. For this portion of the event GO managed the on-line registration, designed and produced all speech support graphics, and produced a live webcast. After the conference Vornado wanted to showcase their investment in Toys-R-Us so together with the TRU team, GO helped create a virtual Toys-R-Us store for attendees to enjoy.

Producing a press conference on an active construction site is no easy task but that’s what Vornado Realty Trust asked GO Productions to do. To celebrate the commencement of construction of Rego Park Center, a new community for living, dining and shopping, GO produced the high-profile Groundbreaking Ceremony for the largest mixed-use development in New York City. The 30-minute press conference included speeches from Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and Chairman of the Board & CEO of Vornado, Steven Roth. GO handled everything from the staging and design to the technical direction to the hospitality. Mayor Bloomberg described it as the best groundbreaking ceremony he has ever attended.
